Windscreen was fitted incorrect

In July'13 I called this shop and spoke to Reggie for cost of the chev spark windscreen who then gave me a discount of R200 and I paid R1000 incl fitting, On 10th my brother took my car to machenic as it had a dent in front area. Machenic discovered that back windscreen was fitted incorrect and I asked my brother to take it back to Reggie and we didnt have a receipt still as we never knew that windscreen was wrong, when my brother got to Reggie, he's still recognising him and admitted that he's the one who's assisting him. he took him to his manager, Steven who're very difficult because of not having receipt but he acknowleged that windscreen was from his shop but didnt want to take responsibility of what they did to my car after paying R1000 was totaly wrong, he said that they are still waiting on new stock of windscreen he must go back to his shop towards end of Oct he mentioned if they are taking out the windscreen and gets broken it's not their responsibility, when brother got back to Steven last month, he's playing dirty games with him that they're still waiting on stock which was a lie, following morning I called Reggie asking if they have windscreen and he said yes
