I purchased a product in Cape Town and used the SAPO to deliver my parcel to me in Johannesburg. It took 2 days to send the parcel from Cape Town to WITPOS (HUB) in Johannesburg. The parcel is still in WITPOS (HUB) 5 days later. When I phoned to find out why the parcel is not being delivered to the post office I was told that there were staff problems and there is no estimated time when it will be delivered and it could take up to another week. This is unacceptable. A parcel from USA can arrive at my work within 3 days (not using SAPO) but a parcel from Cape Town can take the SAPO 2 weeks to deliver.
