This is now my second complaint. Its been 3 weeks and I still do not have my car. I have been calling in the past 3 weeks finding out the progress of my car and i keep getting the same answer "The Bumpers are back on" from Donovan. I took the initiative to drive to Tutuka Motor Holdings during working hours to see what is really going on. When I got to the Lab I demanded to see my car, these were my findings: 1.The bumpers were still not assembled 2. My tyres where flat, the tyres will also begin to "rot" and crack when they are not moved. and who must the replace them? I gave Donovan a chance to speak and this is what he told me "We received 55 cars from Outsurance and there's a backlog" meaning what? That my car is not a priority? he then asked me "what do you want me to do? " now as a paying customer I must teach him how to do his job? That's just ridiculous in my view!!! I even went as far as calling Outsurance to get this matter escalated. This just showed how I was undermined and not taken seriously by Tutuka Motor Holdings. I thought after the first complaint everything would be dealt with professionally, I was wrong. This is in fact the worst service I have ever experienced.
