I had my car towed in December & the company that towed it damaged it. I loged this in December and its now 2 months and still this matter has not been resolved. Este is not giving me feedback as to what is happening.
I keep on sending email reminders; I sent another reminder 3 days ago via email and I have not received any response.
This is really bad service. The worst part is that I was promised that this matter will be attended to in 48hrs... its now 2 months... and its still not resolved.
