For a few purchases now I have noticed the change in the quality of our families loo paper. Initially I thought oh well, maybe it was just one production that had a problem, but I don't think so anymore. I find this toilet paper has now become hard and unpleasant to use, much to my disappointment. Maybe if it was just one faulty "batch" in the production line, can we ask for a reasonable excuse?? Not only hard like sandpaper but also the print is upside down, and me, being a tad ocd, I'm not happy to see the doggies upside down! What happened???
