There to help? Really?

This is now my last resort after having sent numerous emails to the person as named as well as the [Email Removed] email address together with numerous phone calls and voice messages that have been left for feedback regarding an issue needing urgent attention which I first asked for the NCR's involvement with back at the beginning of December 2013. Now, I'm frustrated as I need an issue resolved and only the NCR can do so. I've sent the details as was requested by Mr. Molekoa at least four times with no response and I've even logged complaints on both the 3rd of December as well as the 14th January on the NCR website with no response there either but for an automated email stating I'd be contacted shortly. I need this matter resolved ASAP and ask that the people in a position to help me, do so.
