About 2 weeks ago I bought over a R1000 decorative wall art for my sons room, 2 packs where animals and 1 pack was a big tree with birds ect that cost alone more that R700 .
I've decided to put the sticker up Saturday (9/02/2013)
after following all the instructions and putting up the animals and tree he's room looked like a fairytale. It was so, so, so beautiful.
Sunday I've noticed that tree and some of the birds started to come loose so i just rubbed them against the wall again, Monday morning when I woke up the whole tree was lying on the floor, all of it sticking together...
I have emailed the supplier twice and they just don't get back to me.
I'm truly very disappointed and I do want a refund or a new tree otherwise I will have to take this further... it is really unacceptable.
