On numerous occasions at various times, we have sent our products to our clients in boxes throughout Natal and Cape province. Each box is carefully packed, 25 bottles per box with cardboard inlays. Each box is heavily tagged all over with big red "FRAGILE" stickers. Each box weighs 7Kg with contents and we send them "INSURED" post, which we pay extra for and just about EVERY time, the boxes arrive at their destination BROKEN and we have to be phoned by the angry client complaining to us and we have to give them refunds or credit for damaged goods!! When we approach S.A. Post Office about the matter, we get told they only pay out insurance for "lost" items and not for damaged goods. How INCOMPETENT can you get??? Their service!!! It just shows how LITTLE they care about their service and their customers. Their advert slogan "WE'LL DELIVER" is a real bag of B/S!!! They left out the word "DAMAGED" PATHETIC!!!
