Useless and incompentant service

I went to the festival branch to do some quick printing. After waiting five minutes to be helped I told them what I wanted to have printed. She then took my memory stick in a very rude manner and went to a pc taking her time like I have not seen before anywhere else...

10 minutes later I asked her if I could have my printouts because she was just sitting next to one of the pc's relaxing and not helping the new customers. She then told me that she is waiting for someone else to finnish his printing and it will still take a long time. At this time another customer also complained because he also had some urgent printing to do and I heard him tell her that when he came in. At that stage I took my memory stick and left after telling how terrible the service or lack there of is.

The complete no care attitude has caused me to never ever use 3@1 ever again. I would rather pay double the price then support a company who does business like that. And I will make sure I will tell everyone I know about how bad the service was. I think it is shocking
