Once again I have visited the V@A Waterfront Wizardz store and once again I was turned away because they were too busy to help me! For the second time now I have asked for some printing to be done and yet again I was given a story on how busy they are with catching up with work from the previous day and they could not help me today. All I needed was 40 back to back little cards printed and 100 business cards. I went in at 10am. They close at 9pm. Surely more than enough time? Alas, no!
Wizardz is notorious for either hiring incapable staff or not having enough on hand. Again with this store there were queues outside the door waiting to be helped. There were TWO staff on duty. It is high time that you get your act together or ship out of the Waterfront and let a proper printing store take your place. I work near the Waterfront and would actually like to get some printing done without having to beg and plead and run around half of Cape Town looking for alternative places!
