I am trying to find out where I can purchase glass bottles of Cokes, Fantas etc. NOT ONE PERSON at ABI can assist me in this. I keep ending up at the incompetant call centre. I am currently on hold now for 7 minutes while they try to put me through to WHO knows what dept. and have officially just been cut off! This is a joke... I am SO frustrated at this point in time i could scream! I cannot believe that one of the top brands has such bad service. what is the point of having incompetant staff...
