I went today with 4 other customers/friends to buy the omo multi-active 2kg / omo comfort 1.8 kg at the price of r22.99 when we got there they mentioned that it was incorrect printing and refused to give us the product at that price - eventually went to another store who perhaps have a manager with a better attitude - and asked again if we can get the product at the specifically advertised price - again the store manager at scheiding street in pretoria said that he does not allow to give the product at that price and refused - eventually we had to phone head office and have an argument about bad advertising- eventually they confirmed only one per customer - I wanted to buy 6 packs of either the product for the price of 22.99 each - this is not possible because shoprite made a mishap with the printing of they ads - which is supposed to be checked before printing ensuring what they are willing to provide to their customers are possible - one cannot advertise something and refuse that to the public - this is causing serious damage to the well trusted name that we go to every month!!! this is not acceptable!! I support u a lot! and the attitude towards customers are pathetic!!!
