I AM APPAULED AT THE TREATMENT OF NONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTERED THIS EVENING, I GAVE THE LADY MY USB MEMORY STICK TO DOWNLOAD 166 PHOTOS AFTER 5, I INFORMED HER I AM GOING TO PURCHASE A FEW MORE ITEMS & I WILL BE BACK SHORTLY TO COLLECT THEM (THIS SAME PROCESS I FOLLOWED ON SUNDAY WHEN A GENTLEMAN ASSISTED ME WITH PRINTING 125 PHOTOS WHILE I BROWSED AROUND IN THE STORE, MY RECEIPT WHICH I DOUBLE CHECKED NOW SHOWS I PAID FOR THE PHOTOS AFTER 3 WHILE I HAD GIVEN HIM MY USB MEMORY STICK AT 2:42 & HE STARTED PRINTING THEM), WHEN I RETURNED TO THE PHOTO KIOSK AT 6PM THEN THE LADY ONLY STARTED PRINTING THE PHOTOS, I WENT AND SPOKE WITH KEVIN & HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE PROCEDURE OF FIRST PAYING THEN PRINTING & THEN I INFORMED HIM THIS WAS'NT THE PROCESS YESTERDAY, WHY IS THERE DOUBLE STANDARDS OF PROCEDURES, THEN HE WENT OFF AT ME IN THE STORE IN FRONT OF WHOMEVER COULD SEE OR HEAR " ITS YOU AGAIN EVERYTIME YOU ARE IN THE STORE THERES A PROBLEM, YOU CONSTANTLY COMPLAIN WHETHERS ITS ABOUT ANEESA OR CIGARETTE STOCK ETC, WHO THE DOES HE THINK HIS TALKING TOO, HE NEEDS TO LEARN HIS CPA, I DONT PURCHASE ITEMS FOR HIS SATISFACTION, CAN A REAL MANAGER CALL ME AS I NEED MY PHOTOS BACK.
