Eported a damaged transformer on 10/02/2013

I reported electricity fault on the 10/02/2013 at about 10h45 until to this day no one came to fix the fault. I call almost 3 times a day to get a falls answer from the call center of (BLOEMFONTEIN in FREE STATE) I live in NORTH WEST in a rural area nearest town is (DELAREYVILLE). I would like to understand where to report this bad & unprofessional behavioral of the technical of ESKOM & how are we going to be helped. I'm not alone its about 70 house holds whom are affected by this. I've numerous ref no with me as proof
