Electricity Connection break down

I have contacted Eskom to report the fault on the 17/01/2013 9am, and I was told that the issue will be resolved within 4hours. After the 4 hours period has ellapsed with no resolution and i contacted them again to check on progress, however i was told that they will follow up with the branch (Lebaka at limpopo Province) and call me back, I contacted them again at 16h50 and they told me that the technician was there and the fault was on my side (said by Nthabiseng)-to my suprise no technician came to attend to the fault. They told me that the issue will be reopened and someone will be at my Area in the morning. I have contacted them again this morning (10am) and they told me that there were no technicians availlabe. Other people i have spoken to at ESKOM call centre are (Lehlohonolo, Lefa, litshani, Mampai, Nthabiseng, Christina)
