To the guys at the Eskom Lanseria distribution centre: I honestly take my hat off to you!
For years we've had a problem with the breaker on our pole (We have our power lines above ground) in that every time it rained one of the breakers on the pole would trip and we'd be one phase down and one of the technicians would have to reset the breaker
A quick drive to the distribution centre later and a chat with the technicians later I was promised that the following day the breaker would be replaced
Two hours later (!!!) a vehicle arrived asking to see the affected phases. He said that the wiring on the pole was of substandard quality and it would be sorted the same day.
As there was an outage in the area due to a faulty transformer the fault was corrected at the same time.
Eskom, thank you very much for sorting this fault out. I honestly thank you for your swift and brilliantly friendly service
