Eskom is always complaining about people who electricity, so as a community member I took it upon myself to report electricity on May 2013, today its the 26th of July and I'm Still calling about the same problem but NO ONE at eskom is taking me serious every time I call they tell me the same thing and I tell them that these people are still electricity and this is not fair to US people who pay electricity every month. My reference number is 95132005. Please help I know a lot of people report such issues to you, BUT I don't think it take 3 months for such a small matter to be resolved. I'm really Disappointed in eskom!!!
