Made a booking in January for 9th February for a day spa treatment only to arrive there and my booking was not made and the lady Joyce I made the booking with tried to make me look like I didn'd make the booking but when she took the booking she took my voucher number and all the details. She addressed me and my husband in front of other guests and had a bad attitude and no client service skills whatsoever!!! PATHETIC. Kept saying will try fit us in but would not be normal day so they can shove it!!!
