First of all this not my first horrific experience with this excuse of a company but it is the last straw. Having made a booking for a pick up at 7pm, i was told by the call centre operator that a cab would arrive at 7pm and they even read out the details of the booking to confirm. I then phone at 7:30pm as no one had arrived and apparently my booking had been made for 8:30pm. Now where on green earth does 7pm sound anything like 8:30pm? Please somebody tell me.
This is not the first time something like this has happened with Cab Co and my advise to anyone booking a cab, stay far away from cab co as they also never admit that the fault was theirs, plus the one call lady is a huge.
