Very disappointed with the level of service at this spa. We bought a couples spa voucher on Wikideals and made a booking to go. We then changed the booking only to find out that the Staff at the spa had booked us for the wrong date. I then called and rescheduled for this Sunday that just passed. On arrival we were told that they were full and had NO booking under our names! After some time it was discovered that they had booked us for the Saturday... NOT the date we had arranged! Highly disappointed, very unprofessional! We have now been booked for this coming Sunday... lets see if they can get this booking RIGHT for a change!!! How can the staff mess up with booking dates TWICE!!! The staff were more concerned with who i made the booking than trying to accommodate us!
