SA Post Office
Parcel is floating around for a week

I had a parcel posted from the US. Took three days to arrive at Johannesburg. I has cleared customs but now the post office dont seem to know / care where it is. Got to hold for an hour to get hold of the call center just to be told it is in transit. How can it take three days to get from the US to Joahnnesburg and a week to get from the airport to Braamfontein?
