Parcel still in transit for 7 working days

There is a parcel that was sent from CPT to JHB on the 02/09/2013 and i track the parcel today and its still in transit. i called the post office help line and was on the que for more than 10 minutes until i hang up.

I dont understand how long does it take to get a parcel from one province to another but this service is not good at all.
