Blame Post Office not SARS Customs for delay

International Parcel Tracking number is below. You have had this parcel since 5th August 2013, when YOU received it and recorded it from SARS Customs Johannesburg Airport..
The USPS stated if we do not received the parcel within next 24 hours we can institute a insurance claim to them. This as the USPS American's stated is a disgusting state of affairs.
Your contact number 011 961 6007, you hold on for 20 minutes and then you get cut off, tried 5 times call this morning, another joke.
Up to now I always thought that it was SARS Customs holding the package back, but now I can see that it is your lack of service.
