Extra charge on my phone (0662511700). Try to sort it out for the past 4 months. On 20 May 24 I called vodacom and was then informed that it was cancelled. On this months invoice it appeared again. I called vodacom again the whole day on 10 Jun 24. Thirst lady informed me it was cancelled and a section leader will contact me back because I required written proof. Nothing. I called again the lade informed me that it is not cancelled and somebody will call me back. Nothing. I called again and the lady informed me that a Tebogo will call me back, still nothing. I called again and the lady informed me that she will contact me before the end of day with feedback, and still nothing. I am trying to sort this out with vodacom but nobody of vodacom is doing what they are supposed to. I this the service from Vodacom. Please contact me on 0792267550 to sort this out. Thank you
