I had a damaged tyre which I replaced myself. Went to Tiger wheels at Cape gate to get a replacement spare tyre as I have a Liquid capital policy. A lady named Mariske took pictures of the car and advised me to call Liquid for details for a claim, which was odd cause based on my knowlegde the dealership should contact Liquid for a claim. However, I did contact Liquid and they gave me a direct line for claims to give to Tiger wheels. I reverted back to Mariske with the number provided, she still insisted for a reference number and email address which Liquid said they dont have and that the dealer should contact them with my car details & policy number and they will provide her with a claim number. She still said she is not allowed to make calls which does not make sense how an individual should make a claim instead of them as a dealer. I mentioned to her I went through a similar event with a different branch in Springfield where they handled everything with Liquid I just provided them with my car details and policy number.
I am still without a spare tyre and very much unhappy with her service (Mariske). I will not be going to any Tiger wheels & Tyre ever again.
