I called in today and spoke to a Mohammed from Salajee Escombe Queensburgh.
All I wanted to know was when will they get their weekly stock of seedlings.
The man was so rude... I was told to come into the store and check.
When I asked thatbI must waste petrol to drive through and check he had the audacity to ask if I am coming from Joburg.
Another store would have taken my detail and got someone from gardening to call me.
This store lacks telephonic customer service.
