Purchased 30 sqm tiles and checked each box before leaving the premises, as we have always had bad experiences with this store in the past. found 17 BOXES damaged. corners were broken, chipped, large scratches, SUPPOSED TO BE 1st GRADE. told the manager on duty he just starred at us and didnt comment, very rude. we took our time to sort through their boxes, if we hadnt done this we would have had to drive up and down to the store discovering the damages. we had in fact a day earlier gone into the store and asked them to hold the stock for just 1 day and come back today to pay and collect. they did not accept this and threathend us that they might be sold and that was not their policy. what a joke!! this store is so quite you can hear a pin drop, business is poor there, we even spoke to a worker on the floor that we have known for over 15 years, that told us the store is not doing well. wanted to buy accessories for the bathroom, to find out they do not have stock. asked them to please order they said we must pay first, how ridicoulous is this a online shopping store, there is never stock. will head office please contact me i do not wish to talk to this store at all very sloppy.
