Yesterday 5/02/14 at 14H00 I submitted an urgent document to be delivered by DHL to White river today. It is now 14H00 6/02/2014 and it is not even picked up from Post Net Wonderboom Junction. The principal at Post net after promising me yesterday that it will be delivered by today are now blaming DHL saying that all there pickups had been delayed. DHL helpline can not assist me as the Shipment Waybill is not showing on there system. They revered me to there Pretoria branch to find out when the pick up will be done but the 012 431 2680 number they gave me is permanently engage.
What is the use of paying for a overnight service if they can not deliver an overnight service.
I am truly disgusted in the service of both Post Net Wonderboom and DHL. This delayed document is costing my company dearly.
