Overnight service not delivered as per agreement

I purchased and item and paid for the item and for overnight delivery of my parcel. They guaranteed the overnight service -when i went to collect today the parcel was not there. Normal post would have cost R37, 50 i paid R205.60 for the overnight service.

I feel that i should be refunded on the overnight charge or given a overnight voucher for future use as they took extra money for a special service and did not deliver on their side of the transnational contract.
