On the 5th of December 2013 I posted a Complaint as follows:
"On realising that I have not been paid my monthly advertising fee this month, I went onto the website to find out why this happened. A comment stated that the front view photograph that was submitted the previous month did not comply to the contract.
The photograph clearly shows the licence plate with the date and time stamp of when the photograph was taken.
I submitted a complain ticket on the 3rd and again on the 5th of December. NO RESPONSE. Very clever, there is also NO contact number to be found anywhere.
The payment due to me is R1260 which is a substantial amount of money for me and helps me to cover the car repayment. This is not the first time that this situation has happened and one gets the feeling that the company looks for any excuse - valid or not - not to make payment and then it is impossible to get hold of them to address the issue."
I have had NO RESPONSE from the Satinsky Call Centre, not online and neither telephonically. This issue has not been resolved and the call centre do not provide a telephone contact number to enable one to actually speak to a real person...??
