Yesterday 2013/03/26 I went to the post office (Gambleville) to collect a parcel on behalf of my wife. I received the parcel from the Branch Manager. I had to sign on a receipt and also placed my identity number on the receipt. After I'd done that he gave me the parcel. Today 2013/03/27 I went again to the post office to collect a parcel on behalf of my wife. The branch manager again assisted me, but today he refused to give me the parcel without me producing both of our identity documents. I asked him what the difference is between today and yesterday. He asked me what do I mean. I told him yesterday he gave me a parcel without my wife's identity document but today he wants proof. He answered me very rudely, that was yesterday. To be honest he can be lucky their were security windows between us, otherwise he would have been beaten.
