DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had a very URGENT document couriered to me on Thursday morning (19/12/2013) and was told it was going to be delivered the next day. I then called to enquire and was told that there had been a delay in the flight that was supposed to courier my document but i had not been informed of such. I called Montana Park only to find that my document still hadn't been delivered. On Sunday i drove to Montana Park only to be told that my document had been couriered to Sinoville Post Office which is closed on Sundays. I then drove to Sinoville Post Office on Tuesday (24/12/2013) where i found a very apathetic and rude man who told me its not their fault that my parcel had been so delayed. He told me that they had sent out my document back to Montana Park that morning. Today (27/12/2013) I called Montana Park only to be told that my document was in transit. I then called Speedy Services customer service at 09h31 and spoke to a lady who said she was going to get back to me in 30 minutes as the parcel now was in Monument Park Post Office but nothing. i called again at 11h41 and spoke to Motlameng who put me through to her supervisor. I am beyond disgusted and annoyed by the service i received.
