I Gail Pietersen (083 753 5330) went to Flora Centre Post office yesterday and posted a box with flowers in and paid for overnight express for the box to be delivered to Cape Town today at 11 o'clock. My Mother emailed me to say that the post office in Athlone branch Cape Town said that they did not receive the box because there was dangerous things in the box. What the I told the lady it was flowers and there was NO PROBLEM. I called the post office spoke to charmaine which said that they did send the box and I insisted on her giving me June's number. Called June and she told me to call the CUSTOMER SERVICE which I did and she gave me Lebo's number and when I spoke to her she said they offline. I DONT GAVE how they get the tracking number I want the box delivered today because the function is tonight or I want my complete refund of the posting and the flowers.
