I placed an Avon order with my agent in NOVEMBER 2013 and am still awaiting delivery!!! Some of the items I wanted as Christmas gifts... it is now FEBRUARY!!! My agent phoned her area manager in Vredenberg and received NO response, she has phoned head office in Johannesberg THREE times and been CUT OFF THREE times! Not even their telephone system at works efficiently!!! She has been told that her order is 'in the picking line'...whatever THAT means!!!
I was an Avon agent when they first came to SA in the 90's and I gave it up because I got fed up having to let clients down through NON appearance or late received orders... it seems like NOTHING has changed. And Justine are not much better!!!
