Did not get my orde

To whom it may concern.
I am an extreme lover of avon. I promote it where i can. Even have avon lunches with the girls.
myself and my ladies from the avon lunches have not yet received our order from brochure 7.

According to the lady that i order through, the agent that she has to give the order (to hand in) forgot to do this.
I don't think this is fair to the agent trying to make extra cash and to myself and the ladies for not receiving our order.

I always look forward to receiving my Avon order and am upset at this point. Also still missing a order from brochure 6 that they charged me for but did not give.

Can someone please sort this out. i just want my Avon order
