No Delivery on set Mail Plan

Orders was placed on Thursday 7 Feb 2013 and had to be delivered on 12/13 Feb 2013 according to my mail plan at AVON, it is now 14 Feb 2013 (Valentines Day) and no Avon, most of my customers ordered for Valentines Day, when I phoned AVON at 8:30 and spoke to Simpewe he would phone back. I phoned again at 12:30 and now the supervisor (if she really is) Desir? Maluleke will phone me back. My problem is that I will have to pay all those gifts myself or sent them back. If I send it back I will pay or get blacklisted, and maybe get a credit within a year. We are Reps for Avon but they don't care if we lose clients because of their lack in Delivery and or Customer Care. The sad thing is that we as Reps pay the workers at AVON's salaries. If we all should quit how will they make money??? When will my goods arrive and what can I tell my customers... maybe I should just tell them that sorry they all were right that AVON can't deliver their products at all as promised.
