Cansell Orders without comunicasion after paiment

My name is Martinus Cronje/Leanda Engelbrecht
Completed an order in December 2013 paid the amount up to date as per invoice stipulated. On 21/01/2014 after numerous enquiries for the order to be delivered at long last were told that that specific order were cancelled and the capital paid to it will now be forwarded to next order. If I did not phoned the capital would have been gone! The bottom line is that my line clients in Avon is now disappointed with my service delivery and thus my name been tarnished with poor and none existence delivery from Avon head office. This business is bordering on a situation as advertised items numerously is not the same and or not available after clients paid for that items! The proof as in now I have to explain to clients that Avon cancelled without permission the order and what about there individually amounts paid who will render that loss?
