South African Fraud Prevention Services (safps)
NO feedback / response

I recently sent in my documents to Thabo Mokgatlhe at SAFPS over a week ago. I spoke to him on the 20th of January 2014 and he told me that he would give me a call as soon as the investigation is done. I called again on the 23rd of January 2013 and he told me he sent the confirmation 3 days ago, I checked my emails and I hadn't received anything from him. I called again the following day and he told me that there is something wrong with his emails, he assured me that he would call as soon as it has been sorted. From then I've been calling and he has not been answering my calls or my emails, I called again today the 5th of February 2014 and he pretended to have lost my email address, meanwhile I have been sending him my email address over an over. What make me upset is that he hung up on me and I still don't have a confirmation letter and I can't get access to my Fnb account and people are busy opening up accounts in my name. I've been patient in this regard. This is unacceptable. I'm a victim of impersonation yet the South African Prevention service takes for ever to help its clients how can I trust them now!!!
