I have applied for finance from AB. I was told that the application was approved. Later called to check why payment was not made i was told to call SAFPS. I called them there was nothing to be reported on. I called AB forensics and was told to visit the branch again for a fresh application. I went gain last week Friday. I was then called again to come yesterday. I went and when i left the branch my application was awaiting confirmation. The application is still waiting application. This is the third week now been told different stories. in between my visits and calls i have also spoken to more than 5 consultants in the client services call center. When I spoke to Forensic department i was told that there was an error and the matter would be sorted out. It has been more than 10 days. I am frustrated with the lack of urgency and dependency on the systems buy AB.
