I have been trying the whole morning to sort my issues out with Blue Lakes... And now I see all the complaints there actually are against this company. They have stopped my payments and cancelled my contract due to the fact that I have the wrong branding. The cut off date for the new branding was 7 August 2013. I went to their Silverlakes premises on the morning of the 6th August, and THEY changed my branding THERE ON THEIR PREMISES. Now they say its the wrong branding? Whose fault is that? And in comparison with other cars with the same branding mine is perfectly correct. Further: They say the branding should have been on the car during June and July 2013 already. On the website the last day was 7 August. I changed the branding a day before the cut off date...?? Now I get penalized for 2 defaults, June and July counts as 2. They give a cut off date but still penalize you if you change your branding before the cut off date??? And Frog knows where the 3rd default is. I am beyond off. They stopped my payments at the end of November. To get a response from them is hardly impossible. I WILL WARN EVERYONE AGAINST THIS.
