I contacted Satinsky/Blue Lakes to advise that the corner of my rear window branding had peeled a little so they sent me new branding in May. Nothing came in the tube with the branding, no letter to say that our monthly payment was dependent on this branding being on the vehicle and no list of companies who could put the branding on for us and no instructions on how we could do it ourselves. At the end of May we received no payment from them and the reason given (I discovered by accident) was that the branding was wrong!! This means that we won't get a payment in June either because we were unaware that we HAD to put that branding on. There's nothing wrong with the branding that's on there. Surely you should have advised us that we had the wrong branding on the vehicle before just not paying us? Isn't that breach of contract? Or just plain? That is a disgusting, dishonest way to make money. You should be ashamed of your inefficiency & incompetence
