Firstly trying to get hold of someone at Satinsky is impossible they never answer there lines and when they do they are of no service it seems no one knows what they are doing there.
Last month I did not receive my branding money because i did not have the correct branding on my vehicle but no one informed me i needed to get new branding yet my colleague with the exact same branding gets her money paid to her. I am told i will receive both payments the next pay out but no one can confirm if that is what is happening.
The portal that we up load pictures on has changed, yet I still have the old layout and I was told i must use a new website but no one is giving the information as to what the new website id is... this is pathetic service this is no way to treat people and because of the contract one has no way of getting out of it and it does not help that none of there staff are willing to assist in any way.
