BRANDING AND NON PAYMENT

I have not received my monthly payments from Drive Car Sales for the months of April and May 2013. At the beginning of June 2013 I contacted the Help Desk questioning why I have not received payments. They then informed me that I have the incorrect branding. I requested proof from them as to when they informed me that my branding is incorrect. I then got contacted by Colleen Erasmus who investigated the situation. She got back stating that there was a problem from their side and I will receive a duplicate payment at the end of June 2013. I also received new branding very fast after this. Guess what? Nothing received! I have been trying to get hold of Drive Car Sales / Blue Lakes SA since the 1st July 2013 with no response. The only answers I get from Colleen now is that I will be contacted by Drive Car Sales. I've got a good mind to cancel my contract with them and remove all branding from my vehicle. Why must I keep up my end of the contract when they are in breach from their side? I feel it is a rip off as well to have to pay the courier charges to get the new branding from them if you are unable to collect from PTA. I urgently need help with these!!!
