I have not received payment since May 2013 for the branding on the car I'm driving. Apparently its because the wrong branding is displayed on the car. Justgroup-Africa / Bluelakes / Satinsky is supposed to send all their customers the correct branding so that the expired branding can be replaced. I haven't received anything.
On the website they state that "Communication in this regard will follow" but I haven't been contacted. It is through no fault of mine that the wrong branding is displayed and I cannot understand why I'm not getting paid if its not my mistake.
I've sent a few queries to these people, but they choose to ignore me.
