Their clerical error but I must pay

I too received no payment for my branding at the end of May 2013. I requested my new advertising stickers 6 April as instructed on their portal. Mid April I followed up and they indicated with the Postal strikes there would be a delay and just be patient. End of April I phoned again to ask what the delay was and was told to contact Lionel that deals with the branding. 09 May Lionel called me to say that it was a clerical error on their side and that a large batch of branding hadn't been collected by their courier service and still sitting in their dispatch offices - my branding fell into that batch. He told me he would sort it out and sent my branding that same day and note it on my profile that it was their mistake.

Two weeks later i received my new branding which i put on my car immediately. Come end May I was informed I wouldn't get my rebate due to wrong branding. I have tried contacting them couple of times a day and even tried getting hold of Lionel but my calls are put on hold before they even say hi.

I am thinking of taking them to the small claims court because they seem to think they are above the law and proper customer care!
