No payment for Branding that they did not send

I get paid aproxx R1200 p/m for them to advertise on my car, all of a sudden I have the wrong branding on my car, they haven't posted me new branding or gotten back to me via helpdesk and today Is the last day to post my photos, and there is not a telephone number anyware that works
