I drive 2 Citroen's, a new C4 and a DS5, both had to go in for their one-year service. The C4 was serviced at a dealership in the west rand with which I was extremely unhappy with. As I stay in the South of Jhb I decided to take my DS5 to Citroen Vaal. From the outset I received outstanding service from the service representative Angelique, she assured me that she will take special care of my vehicle and ensure that is looked after properly. She updated me on the progress of the service and once the service was done she contacted me and informed me that my vehicle is ready. She advised me that they do not have shade parking but that she's placed my windscreen visor in the windscreen to protect the dashboard. Upon my arrival I received my vehicle in a clean condition and in the way I have left it at the dealership (no dents or scratches). I was given a quick rundown of what was serviced and replaced and upon my arrival at home I found the old parts (filters & spark plugs) in the boot of my car - never before have I received the old parts back and I have often wondered if they have really replaced the part they say they do.

I am therefore thankful for the excellent service received.
