We placed an order (#10658444045) on Wednesday the 22nd January 2014, and paid via credit card online... payment was processed, and we have been notified by FNB that the payment is through, and that "reserved for purchase" payments must be banked by the payee...
MrP says that they haven't received payment, and refuse to deliver... And offer no options to cancel the transaction and refund the R3600 odd that we have spent! with no goods in sight!!!
I have been patronized and spoken to like a child by the "supervisor" Emmilene, and have spoken to a Nicole, Charles and one other person... and nobody ever calls back or resolves an issue...
I will be seeking legal advice today should nobody contact me with a solution... this is and false advertising, because Mrp "online shopping" is not "easier" or "better" as advertised... instead they just take your money and give you horrible service... with sub standard goods anyway, someone should bring this group down... it is UNACCEPTABLE!
