Making my job difficult

I am experiencing a lot of frustrations with Red Pepper Books at the moment. I have prescribed a book for our students, which happened to be out of print. In stead of working directly with the publisher, I trusted Red Pepper enough to actually PURCHASE the books for ALL the students through the company, with the understanding that Red Pepper would be able to distribute the books to the students. It later appeared that Red Pepper did not have a system to keep track of who our students were. I have requested that the books be delivered to my office and I will send it out to the students myself.

What is frustrating is the slow feedback and response. To me this is turning into a crisis: None of my students will have text books if Red Pepper does not deliver. I ordered the books on 10 January, and got my first feedback (after requesting it repeatedly) today, 4 February: The books will arrive on 21 March! I also had to send out a communication to all our students NOT to make use of Red Pepper for any purchases, because of mixed messages they receive.

I need someone who have the TIME to take full responsbility for this transaction to assist me.
