Dear UNISA,

Please do not ever recommend [URL Removed] to your students for Text books. We struggle to get our text books on time. I do not know about the students based in South Africa, but for students based in other foreign countries we struggle. They take forever to dispatch text books, there is no sense of urgency on their part.
I try by all means to be proactive but Kalahari always disappoints. My text books always arrive late and that's puts unnecessary pressure on me.
I ordered 2 text books on the 04th Dec 2012 and today it is the 06 February 2013 and I am still waiting with my first assignment due on the 22nd Feb. I am not asking for any special favors - but for new students I suggest you should not recommend Kalahari, especially the ones studying abroad.
